True Detective Review – “Night Finds You” – Knocking on the devil’s door.

The investigation into Ben Caspere's murder begins on True Detective.

Guys, this show is dark. I don’t know if you knew that. I mean, I’d like to think it’s not the case, but I imagine that people in this world can’t go to the bathroom without ominous, industrial drums clang-clanging in the background. Continue reading

I’m having trouble dealing with Heroes Reborn.

Hey, guys, mark your calendars! Because Heroes Reborn is still a thing that’s happening, and it would be best if we, as a culture, could experience it together so that we, as a culture, could remember why we stopped watching the show in the first place. Continue reading

NBC Sucks, Cancels Hannibal

NBC cancels Hannibal after three seasons.

They did it. Those bastards finally did it. Earlier today, NBC announced that in addition to hating Christmas and the sound of children’s laughter, it had canceled Hannibal. Continue reading

True Detective Review – “The Western Book of the Dead” – Send in the clowns.

Colin Farrell stars as Ray Velcoro in the second season of HBO's True Detective.

Check out the trailer below. Continue reading

We’d get used to it because we are used to this story continuing. A Game of Thrones came out in 1996. Can you believe that? Almost 20 years ago. Waiting for the next book, for the next season, is just what we do. It’s a part of life.  Continue reading
